Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities team as a Night Shift Cleaning Specialist at McDonald's. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the back-of-house area is tidy and clean, including underneath sinks and pipes.
  • Remove all trash and recyclables, and prepare the larger bins for collection.
  • Clean and sanitize bins, and wash them as needed.
  • Wash and put away dirty linens, and restock clean linens in the designated area.
  • Empty and clean fat strippers and collectors, and wash and replace them as needed.
  • Deep clean the grill and surrounding areas, including the pull-forward and back areas.
  • Empty and clean oil vats using a machine, and restore the area to its original condition.
  • Sweep and mop floors, and scrub the legs and wheels of equipment.
  • Wash and sanitize equipment used during the previous shift.
  • Clean the crew room, including the table, bins, and floors.
  • Empty and clean freezers and chillers, and sanitize the walls, floors, and shelves.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
