Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse GxP Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth workflow of our warehouse operations, including the management of product safety, legality, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of GxP Technicians
- Co-ordination of ongoing training of GxP Technicians
- Liaison with Operations to ensure a smooth workflow
- Attending daily Tiered meetings
- Leading internal meetings with Warehouse GxP Technicians
- Management of product safety, legality, and quality as per relevant Quality Management System procedures
- Receipt of Materials as per customer work instructions
- Dispatch of loads as per customer work instructions
- Maintenance and promotion of GxP practices, including participation in GxP-related audits and activities
- Reporting of nonconformance, incidents, and accidents in a timely manner
- Reporting of any sightings of pests
- Reporting of any glass breakages
- Conducting good housekeeping practices
- Checking batch number/quantity
- Checking container number for outgoing shipments
- Supporting relabeling of packaged goods when required
- Control of inventory levels by conducting physical counts/balance checks
- Maintenance of warehouse disciplines
- Other duties include inspection, value-added activities, and any other requests by Management
- Responsible for performing operations as per the requirements in client Service Level Agreements
- Participation in training provided by clients and keeping training up to date and in compliance with client Individual Training Plans on client platforms where applicable
- Ensuring all documentation generated by McArdle Skeath relating to the storage of material adheres to ALCOA Principles (Accurate, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, and Attributable)
- Maintenance of adherence to Good Distribution Practices & McArdle Skeath and the client (where applicable) SOPs
- Performance of inbound and outbound external visual inspection of client materials outer packaging for damages, tampering, and signs of contamination as per client procedures
- Immediate placement of goods on hold and notification of the client in case of damage, tampering, or signs of contamination
- Signing and dating of receipt and marking of unchecked delivery documents on arrival of goods from client vendors
- Ensuring all relevant documentation (e.g. CoA) received from the supplier is electronically sent to the client in a timely manner where applicable
- Ensuring temp tales are stopped and downloaded onto ColdStream and are physically returned to the client where applicable
- Receipt into client WMS (where applicable), generation, and application of labels as per client procedures
- Downloading of an inventory report to Excel and sending to the client as required
- Review of client WMS daily for material movement requests (e.g. Stock Transfer Orders, movement of material in QI status etc.) to and from the client
- Ensuring all inventory is put away in a timely manner upon receipt of the correct paperwork into the MSK facility
- Ensuring client products are only stored in the correct locations and proper segregation, storage, and quarantine/special areas are identified and controlled
- Ensuring all client inventory which is damaged is appropriately labeled and stored in the quarantine area and segregated from other stock
- Creation of picking and pack lists from the client WMS where applicable
- Assembly of orders on client pallets or pallet boxes and shrink wrapping as needed
- Ensuring delivery to client site in a timely manner
- Ability to rigorously adhere to procedures and processes
- Proven Good Documentation Practice techniques
- Ability to work within GxP regulatory frameworks and client-specific processes
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- A 3rd-level qualification would be a distinct advantage
