We are seeking a highly skilled HV Architecture Development Engineer to join our team at EVEREC, a leading innovator in electric vehicle (EV) technology. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing high voltage architectures for our EV platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, HV components, and system integration. You will be responsible for leading the development of HV architectures from concept to production, ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
As a HV Architecture Development Engineer at EVEREC, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HV architectures into vehicle platforms. You will conduct system-level simulations and analysis to optimize HV architectures for efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of HV architectures for EV platforms, ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HV architectures into vehicle platforms.
- Conduct system-level simulations and analysis to optimize HV architectures for efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Define requirements and specifications for HV components and select appropriate components for integration into HV architectures.
- Perform validation testing and verification of HV architectures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HV architecture performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on HV system development for automotive applications.
- Strong understanding of HV components and their integration into EV architectures.
