About the Role: As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for arranging and attending viewings, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers, negotiating and obtaining offers for sale properties, and referring potential applicants to our financial services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Viewing Arrangements: Arrange and attend viewings on a daily basis to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Negotiation and Offers: Negotiate and obtain offers for sale properties, working closely with the sales manager to achieve targets.
  • Referrals: Refer potential applicants to our financial services department for additional commission opportunities.
  • Valuations: Generate and arrange valuations on behalf of the sales manager to support the sales process.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards targets and contribute to the overall success of the estate agency.

Requirements:

  • Team Player: Demonstrate a team player attitude and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Self-Motivation: Show self-motivation and a proactive approach to work, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Estate Agency Experience: Possess experience working in an estate agency setting within sales, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Possess highly organized and strong communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Professional Presentation: Demonstrate a professional and well-presented approach to work, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Deadline Management: Show the ability to work towards deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Hours: The successful candidate will work 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9.45am - 4pm Saturdays, with one lieu day in the week.
