Aerospace Test Engineering Educator – Fixed Wing

Are you enthusiastic about aerospace testing and eager to impart your expertise to future aerospace engineers? Join our organization as a Fixed Wing Aerospace Test Engineering Educator at QinetiQ. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing thorough training on various facets of aerospace testing to learners from varied backgrounds. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will assist in course design and practical instruction utilizing advanced aircraft and ground facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in aerospace testing in relevant domains
  • EASA Class 2 Medical certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in team leadership
  • Understanding of flight dynamics and airframe structures
  • Proficiency in aircraft avionics evaluation
  • Experience with simulation technologies in aerospace testing
  • Teaching or instructional certification
  • Familiarity with DSAT methodologies
  • Graduation from an accredited Test Pilot School
