As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, collaborating closely with the Prevention & Early Intervention teams to enhance operational efficiency, refine processes, and elevate service delivery standards.
Our Business Operations Coordinators deliver vital administrative assistance across the P&EI sector, functioning as integral members of dynamic, customer-oriented teams. This role promises variety and engagement, ensuring that no two days are the same.
You will manage inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders, oversee the scheduling of care appointments, maintain accurate records of service user information, facilitate the onboarding of new team members, and much more.

About you
The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet) and will be adept at quickly learning new IT systems.
To qualify for these rewarding positions, candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You will work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a team and exhibit a willingness to learn and grow with a proactive mindset. The successful applicant must also show the ability to work independently and take initiative.
