Senior Producer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our team and lead the development of production solutions, bids, and best practices for animated, live-action, and mixed-media commercials and branded content productions. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with our directors, producers, and clients to deliver high-quality projects that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Lead the production team in the development of bids and proposals for new projects
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a producer in a similar APA production company, animation studio, or post-house
  • Experience with animation pipelines, including 3D and 2D, with knowledge of stop frame and live-action production
  • Production contract and insurance understanding
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe CS, and G Suite, with experience in Shotgrid a plus
