About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pallet Repairer to join our team at Challenge-trg Recruitment. As a Pallet Repairer, you will be responsible for restoring damaged LPR pallets to meet LPR specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restore damaged LPR pallets to meet LPR specifications and quality standards
  • Manual pallet sort and restore, including the use of power tools
  • Automated pallet sort using specially designed equipment to reduce manual handling
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) inside the warehouse, including feeding machinery and repair benches or feeding manual sort lines and putting away OK pallets in the correct location in the yard
  • Load and unload pallets from trailers
  • Meet production deadlines and targets
Requirements
  • Enjoy physical work, with heavy lifting involved
  • Typical hours: 2/4 on days (07:00am - 19:00pm) and 2/4 on nights (19:00pm - 07:00am), working a total of 2 days and 2 nights per week
  • Flexibility and own transport required
