Director of Cultural Humility and Network Enrichment

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Cultural Humility and Network Enrichment. This role will be responsible for leading the practice of cultural humility across the organization and providing program and leadership training for the national network.
About the Role:This is a full-time exempt position that will include occasional evening Zoom trainings and infrequent travel to PA. The ideal candidate will have a deep spiritual commitment to the work of God through the church and an ability to work across diverse Christian faith traditions/theology.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide cultural humility leadership, resources, coaching, and training for the national organization and the Bridge of Hope network.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cultural humility training program for the national network.
- Collaborate with the CEO and the Cultural Humility Task Force to incorporate cultural humility into all aspects of Bridge of Hope programming and organizational policies.
- Build a strong and up-to-date online library of resources for the network leadership, program staff, and board members.
- Facilitate network training focused on program and nonprofit topics, including program delivery, leadership development, and network communication.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, education, organizational development, or a related field, required. Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Demonstrated professional accomplishments in the field of cultural humility, including work within the church on social and racial justice.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience in training and equipping adults for learning, specifically with Zoom and online platforms.
- Deep spiritual commitment to the work of God through the church, with an ability to work across diverse Christian faith traditions/theology.
