Job Title: Executive Assistant to International Sports MD

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Executive Assistant to the International Sports MD. The role is based in Central London and involves providing administrative support to the MD and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the MD and the team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Manage the MD's email and phone correspondence, and respond to queries as necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging travel and accommodation for attendees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
