Position Overview
Engaging with the Production Team to assist with calibration tasks during peak times.
* Conducting calibrations using proprietary software, fine-tuning equipment to achieve exact specifications, documenting outcomes, and generating technical reports.
* Handling and cleaning samples (utilizing lathe and linisher).
* Planning and executing precise calibration projects.
* Maintaining records of calibrations conducted on instruments.
* Adhering to ISO 9001: 2015 standards.
* Offering support during operational training for customers, engineers, and distributors.
* Providing assistance in other business areas as directed by senior management when necessary.
Position Requirements
* Educational background in engineering, preferably in instrumentation.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related engineering role.
* Familiarity with analytical measurement instruments.
* Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
* Valid UK driving license.
Position Remuneration
* Salary range - £30,000 to £34,000 (dependent on experience).
* Full-time role - Monday to Friday (office-based).
* Holiday entitlement - 25 days plus bank holidays.
* Company pension plan.
* Additional benefits - company laptop and mobile phone, private health insurance (after one year of service), and complimentary parking.
