We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Agent to enhance our operations at RS Group plc.
This role is vital for fostering profitable sales growth through effective relationship management and overseeing the ongoing maintenance, replenishment, and enhancement of RS Managed Inventory solutions within client facilities. Each day presents unique challenges, ensuring that you will consistently provide exceptional service while supporting RS's vision to be the preferred choice in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Inventory Control Agent, you will report directly to the Branch Manager and perform regular assessments at Managed Inventory client sites to evaluate and restock RS solutions. During these visits, you will collaborate with client stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities through product range expansion, substitutions, or additional purchase needs.
You will also coordinate with the RS Managed Inventory implementation team to ensure all systems operate effectively and that proper workflows are followed. Building strong relationships with the broader sales team will be essential to support the growth of Managed Inventory Services.
Qualifications for Success:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experiences:
- Experience in a service or sales role with direct customer engagement.
- Valid UK Driving License.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Capability to collaborate with sales teams to drive growth through effective customer implementations.
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships, pursue high performance, and focus on personal development.
