Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse customer engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights and inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong commercial experience in analytics, preferably in the gaming or football industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python

  • Competitive salary range of £50,000-£60,000
  • 5 days per week in-office
