Role Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Data & Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact by shaping the future of our data environment and delivering actionable insights that drive our digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Identify promising business opportunities where statistical modeling can significantly enhance value and efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and meticulously monitor sophisticated statistical models to generate accurate and insightful data.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations that achieve desired outcomes.
  • Support colleagues within the Data & Insights team in developing and deploying robust business intelligence reports using our existing Power BI platform.
  • Work collaboratively with the Data & Insights team to ensure timely access to accurate and reliable data for reporting, analysis, and insightful decision-making.
  • Champion the value of data-driven insights across the organization, fostering a culture of analytical thinking and collaboration.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience working with diverse stakeholders to deliver successful analytical projects.
  • Be proficient in SQL for data manipulation and possess knowledge of Python (an advantage).
  • Exhibit expertise in statistical software packages such as SAS, SPSS, or R.
  • Have a strong understanding of data visualization and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Comprehend the regulatory landscape and the importance of data compliance with GDPR.
