About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Garment Technologist to join our Technical Team at Sosandar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and contributing to the development of our garment range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the Technical Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and monitor incoming samples, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Conduct quality checks on samples, fit samples, and photoshoot samples, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to technical issue resolution, finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Attend fit sessions, taking detailed notes and providing concise feedback to suppliers.
  • Assist with returns investigations, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team and Buyers to ensure accurate fit and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience within the garment industry.
  • Strong passion for garment technology and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and ability to analyze data.
