JT Recruit is seeking a dedicated Logistics Operative to become a vital part of our team on a permanent basis. This role involves the efficient handling of goods within our distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Responsible for the safe offloading and loading of vehicles using forklift trucks.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all distribution areas.
  • Data Protection: Ensure compliance with data protection protocols related to employees and customers, adhering to the company's data integrity policies.
  • Licensing: Maintain a valid FLT counterbalance and reach truck license.
  • Technical Skills: Possess IT skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
  • Warehouse Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of warehouse operations and related processes.
  • Experience: Bring relevant experience from a production or manufacturing warehouse environment.
  • Shift Pattern: This position operates on a 2-shift rotating schedule from Monday to Friday.
Shift Details

The shifts are as follows:

  • Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:15 (with an early finish at 19:45 on Fridays)
