Rate of Pay: £27 per Hour (Umbrella rate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing housing advice and assistance to households who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, in accordance with Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996, including the determination of homelessness eligibility, priority need, local connection, and intentional homelessness.
  • Conducting casework, issuing statutory decision letters, recording outcomes, negotiating with landlords, health, and other support agencies, and producing personal housing plans.

Requirements:

  • You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the U.K.
