Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at SingularityDAO Labs. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in supporting our CEO and senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.

• Provide strategic support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including business strategy development, organizational development, and decision-making.
• Facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across departments.
• Lead key meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure efficient communication across senior leadership.
• Oversee all HR operations, including performance management, employee engagement, and development programs.
• Develop and implement policies and processes to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Enhance operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and driving process optimization.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and staff, ensuring that priorities, updates, and key initiatives are communicated clearly and consistently.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years' experience in a senior leadership or operational role, ideally in the DeFi/crypto space.
• Expert knowledge of HR management, strategy, and project management within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of working with executive leadership to execute strategy and drive organizational change.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to manage internal dynamics between executive team members.
• Strong operational skills with a focus on streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and improving efficiency across all HR functions.
• Deep understanding of HR policies, labour law, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
• C1 (Advanced) level of English.
