Job Title: Installation Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team at Parker Jones Group Ltd. As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating site labour, ensuring the quality of installation works, and working closely with the Contracts team to deliver projects safely and commercially.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help site teams achieve project quality standards
  • Assist with the setup of new sites
  • Supervise, coordinate, and monitor sub-contractors, material suppliers, and providers
  • Progress and report on given tasks
  • Follow health and safety standards on site
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, head office, and the general workforce involved in the project
  • Liaise with clients and their representatives, including attending meetings as required
  • Report trends in remedial works and snagging works
  • Use nominated IT software packages
  • Report all incidents, delays, defects, and problems immediately to the Project/Contracts Manager
  • Solve problems proactively as part of a committed project team
  • Liaise with and assist the remedial team, site managers, and contracts manager to ensure remedials and snags are captured and closed out in a timely fashion
  • Represent and implement an excellent public relations image to clients, design teams, the general public, and within the company
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures
