Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Join The LYCRA Company, a leading innovator in the apparel and personal care industries, as a Manufacturing Technician. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our production team at our Maydown site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage a wide range of equipment and technology to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Maintain the operation within given specifications, using computer-based control systems and responding to process variance.
  • Validate quality requirements and maintain a high standard of equipment and work area cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • 2 GCSEs at minimum grade C (or equivalent) which must include English.
  • Demonstrated experience of applying critical thinking/analytical skills to define and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a safe and compliant manner by following all policies and practices.
  • Strong team-working skills, with ability to apply initiative and flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and communications skills (verbal and written).
