Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Midday Supervisor at Outwood Primary Academy Littleworth Grange. As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our students during the lunchtime period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for students during lunchtime
  • Monitor and supervise students during meal times
  • Encourage social, emotional, and physical development of students
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient lunchtime service

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
