As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues by preparing hot and cold drinks, food, and refreshments from our onsite coffee shop/snack bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare beverages and food to the highest standard, using your previous Barista experience.
  • Provide a first-class service to patients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist the catering and housekeeping teams with day-to-day duties, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Work on a bank basis, with shifts available on Saturdays and Mondays, providing flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a catering environment, ideally within restaurants or similar.
  • A customer service-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
