About the Job

We are seeking a skilled TIG or MIG Welder to join our team at GI Pro in Northampton. As a TIG or MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding food industry conveyors, belts, drums, and products made from stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welding of food industry equipment and products
  • Working with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
  • Reading engineering drawings and specifications
  • Large batch welding and production

Requirements:

  • Experience in TIG welding
  • Ability to work from drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £14 - £18
  • Overtime paid at a premium after 40 hours
