Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Technical Sales Laminate Panels professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a high-quality manufactured range of bespoke laminate panel solutions to washroom fabricators, furniture fabricators, lockers / cubicle fabricators, playground equipment fabricators, and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Sales position selling a high-quality manufactured range of bespoke laminate panel solutions
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via email, telephone, and web contact forms
- Produce quotations from customer drawings and process orders
- Building and developing new business relationships, with a strong focus on also maintaining the existing customer relations
- Liaise with suppliers regarding; pricing, technical support, stock availability, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
