Hobson Prior is in search of a Clinical Operations Specialist who excels in problem-solving, possesses strong analytical skills, and is adept at fostering collaborative relationships within the organization and with essential stakeholders. This position entails overseeing clinical trials, with a particular emphasis on Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS) and Real World Evidence (RWE) initiatives, as well as managing the country-specific aspects of global studies.
Important Note: Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the specified location.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct study teams, ensuring that all members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
- Adhere to applicable guidelines and regulations, maintaining study readiness for inspections at all times.
- Manage study plans and systems, including documentation and tracking of study metrics.
- Oversee study budgets, authorize invoices, and proactively identify and communicate any budgetary issues or variances, along with action plans for resolution.
- Evaluate study feasibility and site selection, as well as maintain positive site relations.
- Supervise all study activities from site initiation to clinical closure, including monitoring tasks and providing training.
- Ensure the proper management of drug supplies and address any arising issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing investigator-initiated and non-interventional studies.
- A university degree in biological sciences is mandatory.
