About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times, adhering to our safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
  • A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or preschool setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
