Job Title: Assistant Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Group Finance Business Partner team in providing business partnering services to various functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of month-end management accounts across multiple cost centers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of overhead costs and associated accruals.
  • Drive data manipulation and data mapping activities to improve performance insight, developing a suite of KPI reports that transform data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Enrich monthly reporting to non-financial leaders with a focus on insight-driven challenge and support, identifying and highlighting risks or opportunities to maximize resources.
  • Support the development of project reporting and tracking, focusing on project spend, capacity utilization, milestone tracking, and investment appraisal.
  • Undertake analysis of key focus areas to build understanding, generating insight from financial and non-financial information to facilitate business action.
  • Support budget and forecast development, submission, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the Finance Business Partner team in providing additional MFG support across areas such as resource and S&OP planning, stock holding and utilization, outsourcing, and product consolidation.
  • Support the Group IT transformation to ensure the business, its products, and infrastructure are digital-ready, with an effective and efficient product release management strategy that enables benefits realization and cost economies of scale.
  • Support the management of and communication to stakeholder groups.
  • Support the transition of non-core month-end activities to the Financial Shared Services team.
