Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Toby Carvery. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Your expertise will be essential in training and inspiring our kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality food.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to plan and implement menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards, adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
