About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Experiential Marketing Manager to join our team at BWP. As a key member of our Experiential team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality experiential marketing campaigns that engage and excite our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign project management: ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of experiential marketing activations
  • Supplier and logistics management: maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and costs, and booking logistics for activations
  • Pre-event campaign delivery: working with internal teams and external suppliers to develop and produce experiential marketing activations
  • On the day campaign delivery: leading the activation team on event days, training and working with external promotional staff and talent
  • Client management: building strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations, and delivering high-quality results
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in experiential marketing, with a focus on campaign delivery and client management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality experiential marketing campaigns, with a focus on results and client satisfaction
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
