Job Description

Job Title: Crane Maintenance Specialist
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 per annum
Full Time, Permanent

Our client is a family-run business providing lifting equipment engineering services across the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of cranes, jibs, and other lifting equipment in accordance with LOLER guidelines.
  • Investigate and repair electrical and mechanical breakdowns of all equipment.
  • Install new lifting equipment and perform other related duties.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with overhead cranes and lifting equipment.
  • Hold an electrical qualification and valid forklift and MEWP licenses (training provided where necessary).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, and participate in a call-out rota.
  • Strong customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile to meet client needs.
