About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Executive to join our Customer Engagement team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business insights and optimise customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of customer and frontline activity data.
  • Drive adoption and usage of IO Engage as a CRM tool, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting business activities.
  • Lead key process improvements for customer segmentation, profiling, and activity planning to align with sales capacity.
  • Perform regular analyses of field force performance, incentive schemes, and propose data-driven improvement plans.
  • Support insights generation through data modelling and statistical techniques to inform business strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven background in Business Intelligence/Analytics with database management; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is required.
  • Expertise in PowerBI is considered a significant advantage.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, QlikSense, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with a strong ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships and working effectively across teams.
  • Excellent presentation, report writing, and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of NHS and UK market landscape being fundamental.
About the Department
