About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Brendoncare Stildon. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Support residents with their medication, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in care planning and review, ensuring residents' needs are met and their care is tailored to their individual requirements.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting dignity and respect for all residents.
