Job Title: Support Worker - Days

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Croft Meadow, providing physical and emotional support to our service users. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and providing a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist service users with washing, dressing, and personal care
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Encourage and promote independence, enabling service users to make their own decisions and choices
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users
