Galaxy Personnel is seeking a dedicated and professional Market Operations Coordinator to serve as a vital link between various stakeholders. This is a permanent role with an opportunity for immediate engagement for the suitable candidate.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the market operations on designated days, including early morning setup, maintenance, and ensuring the venue is prepared for use.
  • Verify vendor compliance by ensuring all financial transactions are completed and necessary documentation is submitted.
  • Conduct regular health and safety assessments for all vendors.
  • Perform visual inspections of the market area, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the operational hours.
  • Ensure that all market spaces are left clean and organized post-event.
  • Collaborate closely with management to enhance the market's reputation and visibility.
  • Address and resolve any inquiries or concerns raised by vendors.
  • Document and report any complaints or issues to management.

Candidate Profile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to represent the organization positively.
  • Willingness to work the specified hours from early morning to early afternoon on designated days.
