Key Responsibilities
  • Safety
    • Ensure all tasks are performed in a safe manner, prioritizing safety on the job at all times.
    • Implement safe operations and procedures, increasing the safe working environment for colleagues when possible.
  • Drawing
    • Produce highly accurate drawings and schedules to meet client requirements on each project.
    • Analyze client requirements and ensure they align with relevant certification. Collaborate with clients to find the best solution when requirements don't meet certification.
    • Identify commercial changes during the design process and inform clients, resolving any issues before production.
    • Ensure all drawings and schedules are issued correctly to relevant parties, with records of revisions and proper filing in the drawing server.
  • People
    • Work with various business areas to ensure drawing works are completed on time, with regular feedback.
    • Liaise with clients directly to understand their needs when producing drawings and scheduling packages.
  • Cost
    • Investigate project changes to maximize financial benefits for the business and client satisfaction.
  • General
    • Manage multiple activities simultaneously, analyzing business priorities to organize work effectively.
    • Focus on targets and delivery dates to deliver packages and improvements within defined timeframes.
    • Identify process improvements, bring them to the business's attention, and implement changes to benefit the business.
