Key Responsibilities:
- Securing new contractors and developing long-term relationships to secure future schemes.
- Understanding platforms such as A-Site and ensuring drawings are at Status A before kitchens are called off.
- Finalizing the specification tender and submitting relevant information to internal departments for design and quotations.
- Presenting quotations and designs to contractors post-tender.
- Following up with contractors to secure new works and develop relationships for future pipeline growth.
- Organizing site setup meetings prior to handing over to the Project Management Team when sites go live.
- Working closely with the team to ensure customers receive excellent service and maximize market share.
- Building relationships with key customers and growing those accounts.
- Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts, with sales experience being desirable.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to develop, sell, and maintain relationships with Site/Project Managers, Buyers, and Senior Managers.
- Able to manage multiple projects positively prior to going live on site.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Diligence is key with an attention to detail to extract information from tenders packs to submit a compliant bid.
- Self-motivated and able to maintain deadlines.
- Willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
