We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Systems Engineer to join a reputable organization in the security sector.

About the Company:
This well-established firm is recognized as an NSI Gold company and is currently expanding its operations. They are looking for a full-time Security Systems Engineer to enhance their team.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will take on a leadership role, guiding junior engineers while managing the installation, maintenance, and support of a comprehensive range of security systems.

Main Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems, including:
- Intruder Alarms
- Access Control Systems
- IP CCTV Systems
- Customized Emergency Call Systems
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Opportunity to work on international projects as needed.
- Primarily operate in the Southeast and London regions, with occasional travel required.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 due to insurance regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience with Intruder Alarms, IP CCTV, and Access Control Systems is preferred.
- 2 years of team leadership experience is desirable.
- Networking skills are a plus.
- Proven track record in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional work ethic.
- Full, clean UK driving license is required.
- Ability to adapt to evolving environments and technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
