Job Summary:

Accelerate Personnel Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5T HGV Driver to join our team. As a 7.5T HGV Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parcels on time to customers in the Norfolk and Suffolk areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a 7.5T vehicle on defined routes in various postcodes, ensuring timely delivery of packages.
  • Complete up to 35 multi-drop deliveries per shift, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Perform pre-shift vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, interacting with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license with Category B entitlement.
  • Commercial experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.72, with overtime paid at £20.58 per hour.
  • Minimum guaranteed pay of 9 hours per day, with overtime paid at time and a half.
  • 20 days of paid annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Weekly pay.
  • A dedicated driving team available 24/7 for support and assistance.
