Registered Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care service in Cardiff. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the highest quality of service is provided to service users by promoting a culture that aligns with the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework.
- Deliver a home environment that prioritizes the well-being and quality of life of service users through person-centred planning.
- Carry out monthly monitoring of the home and ensure action plans are in place and implemented as necessary.
- Proactively manage the home in relation to risk and regulation performance.
- Oversee complaints and safeguarding matters in conjunction with the responsible individual.
- NVQ Level 5 - Health and Social Care
- Considerable management experience in residential care
- Excellent skills in staff supervision and management
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team and developing good practice in a care context.
- Proven experience in working effectively with clients with learning disabilities and/or special needs.
