Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Ashridge House. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and growing client accounts, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts.
- Manage and grow client accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, booking agencies, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales materials to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including hospitality and events, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
