Our clientele consists of 'project enterprises' dedicated to the successful delivery of various physical assets, including railways, airports (infrastructure), data centers, manufacturing facilities (real estate), offshore wind farms, and naval vessels (defense).

Your goal is to revolutionize our clients' methodologies in project-programme-portfolio management (P3M) through the application of digital solutions.

You will leverage your expertise in establishing project operational frameworks alongside your knowledge of P3M technologies to enhance successful outcomes and investment returns for our clients.

We are looking to onboard skilled individuals at consultant, senior consultant, or principal consultant levels, who believe their experience and skills can facilitate digital transformations for our clients by implementing and integrating applications and data to bolster effective project management and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing challenges and ascertain client needs;
  • Implement or refine established P3M methodologies, processes, tools, and systems to enable clients to achieve their desired project outcomes;
  • Facilitate the embedding of changes within client organizations by supporting stakeholder engagement and readiness activities;
  • Continuously enhance our advisory services;
  • Generate documents, deliverables, and reports to support findings and recommendations throughout various stages of client engagements;
  • Collaborate within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at client sites and in virtual settings;
  • Engage in various business development activities such as bids and proposals, working closely with senior management and the broader Turner & Townsend team;
  • Support marketing and social media initiatives (employee advocacy) as appropriate;

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess experience and qualifications aligned with the following, though we welcome enthusiastic and ambitious individuals from all backgrounds eager to pursue a successful consultancy career focused on enabling clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

  • Graduate-level education with relevant industry experience;
  • Experience in establishing or transforming project operational frameworks;
  • Experience in specifying or implementing project controls or P3M technologies;
  • Experience with significant capital initiatives or extensive portfolios;
  • Familiarity with core project controls functions (scope, schedule, cost, risk, performance reporting);
  • Experience in establishing or changing business capabilities;
  • APM, PMI, or similar certification or equivalent experience is advantageous;

Expected Behaviors and Work Style:

  • Take personal responsibility for completing actions and resolving issues;
  • Build strong, professional relationships with internal and client stakeholders;
  • Possess an analytical mindset;
  • Communicate ideas clearly, focusing on key points;
  • Listen effectively to understand broader issues and their impacts;
  • Demonstrate determination to achieve set goals;
  • Maintain resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks;
