Building Surveyor Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor to join our expanding Surrey-based team at Brandon James Ltd.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Assistant Building Surveyor to gain experience on a wide variety of professional services, including party wall, dilapidations, PPM, employers agent, schedules of condition, and TDD.
As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be exposed to a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including office, education, sport, and residential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of professional services, including party wall, dilapidations, and PPM
- Work on exciting projects across numerous sectors, including office, education, sport, and residential
- Contribute to the development of schedules of condition and TDD
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree with 2+ years' experience in Building Surveying
- Consultancy or private practice background
- Started APC diary
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and dedicated to APC progression
