Senior Solution Architect (CRM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect with a strong focus on CRM technologies to join our dynamic team at Henderson Scott. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative CRM solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Cutting-Edge CRM Solutions: Develop and implement robust CRM architecture frameworks that align with business goals.
  • Develop and Maintain CRM Architecture Frameworks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM technologies.
  • Ensure Alignment of CRM Strategy with Business Goals: Evaluate and recommend new CRM technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and Guide Junior Team Members: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in CRM Solution Architecture: Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, cloud computing, and data management.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
