Management Accountant Trainee

We are seeking a talented Management Accountant Trainee to join our finance team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in financial analysis, reporting, and planning. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Group Financial Controller and contributing to the success of our organization.

• Analyzing financial information and implementing effective strategies to enhance overall business performance
• Preparing, developing, and applying findings from financial reports, as well as presenting to senior managers
• Conducting relevant cost analysis and providing suggestions for future cost-reduction initiatives
• Maintaining financial policies and management information systems
• Preparing timely management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, weekly cash flow forecasts, and budgets
• Providing commercial reporting and margin analysis
• Continually looking to improve all financial and non-financial processes
• Mentoring and supporting members of the finance team

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or currently studying and nearing final stages
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and motivated to achieve
• Committed to personal and professional development
• Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles, regulations, and legislation
• Experience of best practice and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and focused on delivering results
