About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attendance and Intervention Officer to join our Student Support Department at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the student journey and ensuring the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods for evaluating student performance, including management of attendance records and registry support.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and assess student progression and retention rates.
  • Organize activities aimed at supporting student progress, with an emphasis on improving consistent attendance patterns.
  • Provide support and guidance to students on course selection and academic progression.
  • Collaborate closely with partner universities to manage student data accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively address the requirements of both students and educational institutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and offer clear, authoritative advice on complex regulations and procedures.
  • Generate precise and timely reports for the senior management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Competency in Excel and other Google Suite tools.
  • Knowledge in Customer Service Standards.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and workloads, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
