**Job Summary**

Pioneer Selection is seeking a highly skilled **Crane & Lifting Equipment Engineer Surveyor** to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our crane and lifting equipment fleet.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain crane and lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with our operations team to identify and address any equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly serviced and repaired, reducing the risk of accidents and equipment failure.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our equipment maintenance and inspection processes.
**Requirements:**
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 Qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering or inspection.
  • Proven experience in equipment inspection and maintenance, with a strong understanding of LOLER and PUWER regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
