Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our client's team as a self-employed professional. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-established and respected market-leading estate agency, providing expert mortgage advice to clients and building strong relationships with the estate agency team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their financial needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the estate agency team, providing support and training to generate referrals and leads.
  • Motivate and attract new clients and business, while maintaining exceptional client care and guiding them through the application process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the mortgage market and latest trends, ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations and maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within the EA sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected.
