Overview: We are seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join our growing team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our corporate law department, you will play a vital role in advising clients on complex commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

  • A qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law, including experience in mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Existing portable client relationships.

Skills:

  • Strong technical skills in corporate law.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
  • Strong work ethic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literate with the ability to learn new processes quickly.
