Service Advisor Opportunity

We are working with a reputable car dealership to find an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. Our client prides itself on delivering exceptional customer care and is committed to providing a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring they are aware of necessary service and repair work for their vehicles.
  • Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs and work to be undertaken.
  • Sell additional products to customers as appropriate to their needs.
  • Coordinate collection arrangements and ensure accurate documentation of warranty work.
  • Prepare and complete invoices in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor.
  • Full driving license.
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary of £20,000 + bonus.
  • Company pension scheme.
