Site Services & Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services & Facilities Engineer to join our team at a brand-new manufacturing facility in Leicester. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repair, and breakdown opportunities on a range of site services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on site services and facilities, including steam boilers, air compressors, water treatment, and effluent plant.
  • Work on brand-new equipment, including ammonia refrigeration systems and associated pipework.
  • Ensure the safe operation of utilities, including gas, electric, and water systems.
  • Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and other monitoring systems.
  • Assist with effluent treatment and drainage, as well as general facilities management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a site services environment within a manufacturing facility.
  • Multi-skilled with a formal engineering qualification to NVQ Level 3.
  • Ammonia refrigeration knowledge and safety awareness.
  • Utilities experience, including gas, electric, and water systems.
  • BMS systems and monitoring experience.
  • Effluent treatment and drainage experience, as well as general facilities management.
